I think the cost of this item was a little high... but at the same time it is the perfect size and seems to be over all sturdy and pretty.

I love the vintage style and pattern. the thread that comes with it isn't the best quality but they rarely are in the tiny spools. I love my sewing box. My only complaint is that the description and photo show a pin cushion attached to the sewing box and mine did not have one either attached or otherwise.

What I didn't take into consideration were the size of my scissors. They don't fit. This basket is great for the person who really doesn't sew much more than making minor repairs such at sewing on a button. It is not for a real seamstress. It simply is too small to hold much. I needed a small basket to sit on top of my sewing table to hold pins, scissors, measuring tape, seam ripper. It holds all that but the scissors.

Nicely made. good value. Just wish the thread was better quality. It tends to knot up easily while sewing, which is why four stars. Also it comes with straight pins without the ball tops (except for two) even though it shows them in the picture description.

I needed a sewing kit that I can carry with me. This is perfect. I was able to organize my supplies. It even came with a small emergency kit I can travel with.

It's a decent first time, quick fix sewing set. Comes with a lot. The box is pretty big. The spools don't have very much thread on them. But other than that, does it's purpose.

Very please with this. Upon arrival, and unboxing needles where everywhere! That was not fun, but it was an easy fix. Worth this elegant little basket. I LOVE vintage hehe

I like the sewing box very much. It has everything a person needs for sewing purposes. It is adorable.
