Due to the balloons only being a 9 inch balloon, my King Soopers couldn't fill it up with the long standing helium which I did not this would happen. Since the balloons were only 9 inch instead of 11 inch, they held up for about 3 hours until they started to fall.

They were amazing! We laughed for days about them.

For $13 for 20 defective balloons, and $1.20 each to fill them up at Party City, I should have just bought the birthday coworker a bottle of alcohol. One of the balloons was completely blank. Not worn off lettering. Blank. Several of the balloons have cracked lettering, like the balloons are old or something. I took the 19 balloons with lettering on them to Party City where the girl took my balloons and proceeded to fill them with helium. 2 popped during filling. 1 would not float, and she asked me "You really got these off Amazon?...It's weird, they're all different shapes." Signs of an obviously poor quality product. I should have just bought better quality blank balloons there and wrote on them with a sharpie. I would have saved more money and had more balloons. Down to 16 now. Out in the parking lot, 2 more popped. 14 balloons for $13. I hadn't even reached my car. I got them into my car, drove back to the party, pulled them out of my car, took 2 steps and another one loudly exploded. 13 balloons for $13. As I reached the destination to set the balloons up, another two burst just tying the strings to the chair. Not very much jostling around. 11 balloons for $13. As the party started, the remaining balloons slowly exploded on their own, leaving about 6 balloons that did not explode, but people decided to grab them and see how easily they burst. Only 1 balloon resisted in the slightest. 1 quality balloon out of 20 is unacceptable.
