This is an awesome recipe book. I use it at least once a week. I feel so healthy using the recipes and it encourages me to use new ingredients.

Some good tips, but really standard fare.

Nice creative ideas and very reasonable price. Only bought it yesterday, but have already used it twice. Both recipes were very simple, but delicious, and will definitely make them again. Good selection of vegetarian as well as meat and fish recipes.

Good book. Plenty of ideas for making up your own power bowls. Be warned, though, a lot of these recipes are very high in calories.
