Item is perfect. It looks exactly as pictured.

Beautiful but chain broke first time I tried to wear it. I never got to wear it, not even once. I can't return because I threw the packaging away when I saw it, I never imagined that it would break the first trying to put it on. I have admired several other items from 1928 and this makes hesitant to purchase anything else from the company.

I expected it to be vintage style. The chain is beautiful - with the little detailed beads. The rose is porcelain and sticks out a little bit, but not overwhelmingly so. I gave it to my friend as a gift, and she was very touched. The vintage feel gives it a more personal touch.

This necklace is very elegant with the porcelain rose in the middle but then there's little crystals that add the elegance. It pairs perfectly with the porcelain and crystal earrings.

The side that lays against your skin scratches me because it has a piece of metal that is not flat or smooth and rubs against my skin. Very poor finishing. How could quality control not see that on inspection and let it pass on to the consumer like that???

Pretty, but the gold wore really fast. I only got to wear it a couple times before it tarnished. I wouldn't buy again.
