Egg bites are a great breakfast. I cook three trays at a time. Just put parchment paper and I have a 4" ring from a springform pan I put in between layers so the eggs can rise. I put a different flavor in each mold tray so we don't have to eat the same thing all week. Great item!!!

Makes amazing egg bites

These molds work well. I spray cooking spray in the cavities, fill with my egg recipe, cook in 6qt. Instant Pot as directed by my recipe and get 14 yummy egg bites. The 2 molds (separated by a silicone trivet as recommended by another reviewer) fit perfectly. No problem with odd odors or flavors, or with sticking) as mentioned by some reviewers. If you wash in dishwasher make sure to set them not to catch water in the cavities to avoid “soapy taste”. The lids are silicone, and meant to keep condensation out of the contents, not to seal the molds.

Short & sweet, the best investment I made for the Instant Pot outside of buying the Instant Pot itself.Good quality, easy to use, covers are great in the pot & refrigerator.I've had them for 2 weeks and the only reason they were empty for a couple of days is because it was the weekend & everyone was out of eggs.Crack a couple of eggs into a bowl, mix in some diced ham, bell peppers. Blend in a little garlic, basil, & your choice of cheese. Into the pit for 10min. Voila, a days worth of egg bytes. Seriously, a weeks worth but they haven't lasted that long yet.A definite buy!Advice, get shredded cheese because it'll take longer to shred than to make these things.

Used these to make a copycat Starbucks egg bites in the Insta pot and it was so easy. I forgot to grease them the second time and they did stick quite a bit so definitely don’t skip that step. I cooked mine with the lids on and they were perfect

I have probably had this product for about a year. It was one of those purchases where I saw a recipe (egg bites) and decided I must try it. Then I never got around to making them. This morning I decided I'd like some poached eggs & this type of tray came right up in the directions to make them.Unfortunately, I had a hard time getting the lid on my "other name brand" 6 qt pressure cooker because the handles of the trivet were too tall. I finally got it on and sealed, but it took too long to come to pressure. My husband walked over to it and pressed the lid down and it started coming to pressure. Soooo, my eggs cooked too long. Essentially, I made some wonky looking boiled eggs.I had sprayed the tray liberally with oil so the eggs popped right out with a spoon with zero fuss or leftovers.My husband is going to see if he can shorten the handles of the trivet in some way as I was excited to have a fancier trivet with handles instead of my plain one. I took off 1 star since the product isn't completely usable with the trivet.I'm unsure of the purpose of the spoons, since I used a regular spoon just fine. I think I'll get some good use out of these nice silicone trays though.UPDATE: The day I submitted this review, my husband did some slight bending of the handles and played with how they were connected to the trivet. It now fits in the pressure cooker with zero problems. I've since used the trivet 2 more times. I will leave my 4 star rating though because this item seems marketed to electric pressure cookers and the manufacturer should make sure that all trivets fit in the standard 6 qt pans without requiring the customer to alter it. Although, I am still very happy with this item.
