Pure. Creatine.
This is Pure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. No additives, fillers, flavors, or any other nonsense. IT is straight up CREATINE. With that being said, you know exactly what you are getting, no mystery ingredients. What I like about this specific brand is that it comes in a resealable zip lock bag. Not only is it convenient, but it also is a space saver for me. I can roll the bag top and just stash it away in the pantry. In terms of consumption, this stuff is absolutely flavorless. It mixes very well with pretty much anything to the point where you don't even realize it is there once it has been dissolved. My only negative with this is that it did not come with a measuring spoon, but I can live with that...

Awful, tastes like poison
This tastes horrible and I'm not even positive that it is creatine. Based on how awful it tastes, I assumed there would be many comments on taste, but there was only one other. I emailed the company to see if this product is known to taste as bad as it does and I have yet to see a reply. I don't use this product because of its indescribable awful taste and the fact that I'm not sure it's even creatine.

Quality Monohydrate
Quality creatine. You don't need anything special, just creatine mono.

Great for women too! Feel much more energetic for my workouts, helped my DOMS, am losing inches faster
My brothers and their friends always took creatine when I was younger, and my husband has been using it now during his workouts with excellent results. As a woman, I never thought about taking it myself however, but some other female friends of mine encouraged me to try it and the results have been great! I was able to try this brand at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.I will say it is absolutely important to drink enough water when taking this! I wasn't drinking nearly enough to start out and felt very sick the first few days. After increasing my water intake to one and a half or so gallons a day I felt much better. It is REALLY hot here right now though, so I'll probably drink less than that other times of the year. I've noticed I feel a lot less tired after my strength training workouts. It hasn't made my muscles bulky or anything personally, but it has made them a lot less sore in later days. (I get really bad delayed onset muscle soresness (DOMS) after squats especially, and this has gone away almost completely since starting creatine a while ago!) I did gain a few pounds initially, but I think this has to do with some water retention of some sort. It doesn't look like I've gained a few pounds, and I've actually lost several inches since adding this to my routine! Right now I'm working on weight loss and muscles help burn calories (and therefore fat) so I definitely don't mind giving them a little extra boost at this time. This brand is super easy to take. It is tasteless and I can mix it into just water if I'm in a hurry, but I like the taste of protein shakes so I usually put it in one of those. I saw others said it was gritty, but I have not noticed this at all and I'm pretty picky when it comes to grit in my food. (I don't even use certain salts because they are too gritty for me.) My water looks a bit cloudy, but that is all that I can taste really. Perhaps the type of water used makes a difference, but it dissolves completely in my city water. About the only thing I can say I don't like about this brand is that it doesn't come with a scoop, otherwise it has been fabulous and I'm happy with the improvements I've made since I started taking it!

Good Product
I have purchased a lot of creatine in the past. Some brands were the pure creatine while others were creatine mixed with other ingredients for a pre/post workout drink. Most of those, especially the pure creatine, had a gritty texture to it. This creatine is different. When I opened it the first thing that I noticed was that it looked different, like powdered sugar. When I mixed it in my water it didn't completely dissolve and there was still a little grittiness to it, but not nearly as much as other brands. I always mix mine with water, but I'd imagine that grittiness wouldn't be noticeable at all with juice. I was offered this product at a discount in exchange for an unbiased review.

Great
Great! I got this to replace my last creatine and it works great! It doesn't mess with my stomach and I feel like it will really help my muscle development.

Watch out for this one
Micronized is a more expensive process of refining Monohydrate creatine to a finer granular size for better absorption resulting in superior results over Monohydrate which is a larger granual and absorbs into muscle tissue at a lesser rate. Mono was the original Creatine process until Micro was developed creating a greater demand for Micro. The product is advertised as Pure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. Creatine is never labeled this way as it is either one or the other. The package label unlike the ad,however, is labeled Creatine Monohydrate not Micronized. So you have to conclude that it is a Monohydrate Creatine with the assumption that Micronized was inserted into the ad to increase sales. There are a total of 57 reviews - 53 being 5 star - but only four are from verified buyers with the oldest being July 8, 2015. I would recommend going to their website and trying to find a phone number to ask any questions you may have before you buy. Hint: there isn't one. There are many good quality Creatine products available from Bodybuilding.com which is where I normally purchase my supplements. A dmittedly I was sucked into a cheap price and made a big mistake buying this product that will now be returned on the premise that if I can't trust the advertising or the reviews I certainly won't trust a product that I would put in my body.I'm not sure if Amazon will allow this review to publish but I believe when peoples health is at stake they should.

Sour taste unsure of contents
This creatine powder I'd advertised as unflavored, pure micronized creatine monohydrate but my pouch tasted like sour lemon. Will not continue to take this as I have no idea what's in here or why it tastes like this.
