These blue light blocking glasses come with a small blue light LED with which you can see for yourself if they block blue light. And they do! I have been using blue light blocking glasses ever since I received them, for using my tablet and computer even during the daytime. I have had these for a few weeks now. I purchased them because I was starting to experience headaches and eyestrain from how much time I am looking at screens and monitors. They have been great, headaches and eyestrain all but went away with in the first day of use, and now I am back to normal.These have been very comfortable for me, while also staying in place. They are light, and the material they are made from appears to be capable of bending a bit as needed.I am an adult and they fit me perfectly. I would highly recommend these cost effective, great glasses.

The glasses are very comfortable and light weight, but unfortunately a bit crooked (see picture). I've had them for a few days, and I feel like it's gotten better, though. I'd still recommend them, because they really make a difference for me. Whenever I was wearing them while working on my computer, my eyes didn't get tired at all. Also, the case is absolutely beautiful and fits the glasses perfectly.

They’re so great—I’m going to buy my husband a men’s pair! I specifically bought the purple ones because (although hard to tell from the description), they are the actually women’s glasses (smallest frame size compared to other models, purple color on the inside of frame, etc.) — and I have a small face so I def didn’t want a unisex brand. They look AND work GREAT!! They block the blue light better than my Dolce&Gabbana sunglasses—and when I tested them versus my Cartier regular prescription eye glasses, my prescription eye glasses weren’t protecting me from blue light AT ALL!!! These are great, work so well even in one day I can notice the difference. So comfortable and very durable EXACTLY like you see in their video & photos. I’ve uploaded some of my own photos so you can see—there’s a SLIGHT tint, but you can hardly notice it and after wearing them for a minute you don’t notice it at all. The pair I received did not sit correctly on my face because as you can see in the picture there is an issue with the right side hinge and arm did not lay evenly. The hinge was sluggish to move and at full extension the arm was still not straight. BUT the replacement is coming today and I am hoping I just got a lemon the first time because they were very lightweight and don't look like librarian glasses.

These aren’t only stylish, but they actually work! I’d get the worst headaches from the computers at work with eye strain, and these have helped immensely. I also used these when I had a major concussion & fluorescent lights would cause my eyes to strain.

For anyone who reads my review on these bluelight glasses, THEY ABSOLUTELY WORK & I CAN SEE & FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. I'm a Computer Technician for 20yrs., I've been rebuilding & repairing desktop & laptop computers, in addition to TV's & cell phones. I had a pair of shades I would wear whenever my eyes would feel a little irritated or tired. But now, since the last 3 or 4 months I noticed I would wake with a headache. I knew I was going to have to get some glasses that would block the bluelight because my repair work has increased a little heavy the last 2 yrs.. These blue glasses were delivered yesterday & I immediately did the little test with the bluelight device that comes with the glasses, along with the eyeglass case, yes it really blocks the bluelight. The moment I put the glasses on I could feel & see the difference. I'm not squinting my eyes not even a little at any screen, & yes I slept like a baby last night. Do yourself a favor & just try them out, it's not like U can't send them back & get your refund if you're not satisfied with the results. These glasses are definitely as advertised.

I have really bad dry eyes and willing to try different things. When I was reading about what blue light does to your eyes and how it effects them while watching the TV, using computers and cell phones thought I might give it a try. Well I was amazed at how much better my eyes felt and wasn't as red in the evenings when using them. I liked everything about the glasses. They were light weight, very comfortable, and could see thru them really good, plus they made my eyes feel much better by being less fatigued, so 5 stars for all. The 1 star came in because they were warped vertically and horizontally so had to send them back. I have ordered a different brand that fit well.
