Worth a try
First time buying Cordyceps so didn't really know what tot expect. I'm a veteran long distance runner and bought the product to see if it would increase my endurance. I am currently 4 weeks in taking it and can say i have noticed a slight difference. I have found that i do recover a little faster during rest breaks.

This brand changed from Corydyceps sinensis (aka Ophiocordyceps sinensis) to C. Militaris.
This brand changed from Corydyceps sinensis (aka Ophiocordyceps sinensis) to C. Militaris, with a new updated label shown on the listing. The bag had a sticker covering the printed "sinensis" with an updated "militaris".This honesty is appreciated. My old brand from MicroIngredients made the same change, but is still calling it sinensis type when the product is clearly militaris, which is easier to grow.I would prefer the Ophiocordyceps sinensis, but that is getting harder to find. I want a dark, sour product high in cordyceptic acid and the militaris types are low in that compound (not sour.)This makes a substitute that costs less, but without the better benefits (in my opinion) of the sinensis types that I wish I could buy.It it Better than no Corydceps at all! ;o)Likely from China. Seems to be as good quality militaris type.Update: After using this for a couple of weeks, I threw it away. It is mediocre militaris. Not nearly the benefit I got from the dark sour sinensis. Left a bitter, acrid taste in my mouth.
