PLEASE READ THIS IT WILL HELP WITH ASSEMBLY
SHIPPING: 2 day ship (Amazon prime), was packed good to where no pieces were tossed around.ASSEMBLY: super easy to put together. Took me less than 10 minutes. The only one tough part was when you are putting the second handlebar in, the fabric pulling makes it difficult but I figured out a way that makes it a lot easier. And that is Shown in the first picture. I do not put the fabric all the way down into place until it is fully assembled. If you push the fabric up when you are putting that second handlebar in it is a lot easier and it pretty much goes right in. (See photo one)You will know what I mean when you put it together. Don't put the fabric all the way down into place until it is fully assembled. The Allen bolts screw in easily. The Allen wrench works great. In some areas you just have to adjust to where the holes are lined up but that is anything you are trying to screw together. it seems wobbly and misshapen when you are putting it together but when you put that last piece in it just makes everything strong and sturdy and everything just comes together nicely.USE: do not expect the part where you put your net to be like a harder Contour pillow. When you put your head on the mesh part it does give a little. If you need extra support in that Arch on your neck like I do I put a small towel there and it seems to give me the support I need. I had a neck injury and it is healing up, if my neck was not sore at all and everything was back to normal I would not even need the towel this would be perfect for me without it.SITUPS: when you use this you can't rely on this piece of equipment to do the situp for you. You have to do the situp and use your abdominal muscles. If you are pushing on this piece of equipment to pull you up, it's going to move and slip and slide on the floor. If you use your stomach muscles and just use this machine as a guide for you it does not move at all whatsoever. All the parts that touch the floor have like a rubber grip so it does not slip.I know the picture shows push-ups and dips on this machine but I would not recommend it for that because when I try to do a push up on it it kind of moves and stretches maybe an inch or so and that's with not much weight going down on it. I would only use it for sit-ups.I am 5'6" and I fit this machine perfectly.I find it better for my neck when I put my hands and hold onto the sides of the mesh.I do not understand why people have left bad feedback about the assembly. You're going to have to be patient, no complaining, the instructions are super super easy to follow. You will just have to be patient and do it.I have added photos of the assembly instructions.Good luck😉UPDATE: if you put your shoulders on the mesh part a little bit it is more comfortable on my head and neck. . and if you do it correctly you will only feel the burn in your stomach and it does not hurt any other part of my body. Wow! I will purchase this again. don't listen to the reviews of people complaining they're probably complainers already and looking for a way to get a tight stomach without doing the work.I am doing four sets of 20 reps and by the second set halfway through it is really really burning my abdominal muscles.

Works if you work
Good sturdy quality and a great value for the money, but as with any product like this, it's only as good as the user. Got a good result and it does isolate well. A breeze to assemble and easily stored away for accessibility.

Excited to add the cruncher back into my workouts
Back in the days, I had an ab/crunch roller that I used religiously for years. I have no idea what happened to it? I think I used it so much the rubber grips feel apart and the head rest tore so I eventually threw it out?Back when I bought that one, they were easy to find at all the stores, but now not so much, so I turned to Amazon. This one is definitely not my loyal on from back in late 90/early 2000, but it’s sturdy and does the job!My only cons is the top tube/bar is really tall for my short arms to reach!I have exercises I do, where I place my hands on the top tube for side crunches, but this one makes it a little more awkward and bit challenging, but still works. I am 5’ 4” female is that helps! My main reason now a days for wanting to add this cruncher back into my routine, I’m 50 years old, extremely active, BUT had 3 big babies years back which causes a lot of damage to my stomach muscles. I’ve had two hernia surgeries with mesh to fix it, but still not the same as my young stomach muscles use to be! I use the cruncher to modify my ab workouts because strong abs are a must regardless. I have no regrets with this purchase despite the one con I shared!p.s. assembly was a B, with the first two bars because of the mesh. I scrunched it up and had my 27 year old son force the bar into place, while I held it and applied pressure down on the bar at the same time. That took about 5 minutes, but we got it and the rest of the assembly was a breeze!

AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE FOR TRAVELING!
Okay, Ladies and Gentlemen, I've been looking so crazy forward to writing this review and especially given how amazing this "Perfect" Ab toner has served me and held up so well through some serious traveling all over Europe and back over the past three months of my writing this review.I think we can all agree that the one thing so many Hotels lack is a decent Ab Toner, and I swear, I'm no fan of the traditional hands behind the head Sit-ups.So, Save for various fitness centers I've found, for so long I used that as a "get out of Abs Crunches free"card....Then, one day, just for amusement, I took this Ab Toner apart at home, opened up my main suitcase and took a shot at seeing if I could actually pack this with my Stage clothes and other personal travel items, and then set it back up and how much time, space and effort all this would take and man was I instantly blown away!!Not just by how well it and compact it fit in my suitcase but ultimately, how crazy easy and fast it was to take apart and set back up with just the 4 Allen screws and a 4mm Allen wrench!!Then came the very first official setup at the Hilton Dublin, and again I was completely blown away by how fast and easy it was to setup and find the perfect space for it, and there were actually several! Then came the next Hotel, a super boutique Hotel in Spain, then another in Norway -Each proving to be a beautiful adventure setting up and picking perfect spaces within each Hotel room! Now, Many flights and over 65 Hotel rooms in, I can say that I have a solid system that works so great for how I travel and set up and break down in each Hotel room. The real payoff though is the simple beautiful luxury of having this right beside my bed (or close) and that I can now wake up, and jump straight into my Ab Toning routine! And, I can make that one of the last things I do after a show once I'm back in my Hotel room before I go to bed! And, I LOVE that they chose to use Allen Screws because I've set this up and took it apart so many times with absolutely ZERO sign of the screws stripping out.Speaking of the 5mm Allen Screws and wrench. I travel with those tucked in a Ziplock bag in a pocket of my Suitcase and when I've set it back up, there's a super handy wrench pocket right in the back of the Ab Toner! The one and only advice about that wrench pocket is to NOT carry the Ab Toner any distance with the wrench inside. Case-in-point.. As I was taking the Ab Toner from my Hotel room into the elevator, the wrench fell out and down the elevator shaft, at which point it took a Hotel Maintenance guy to make it down to the basement underneath the Elevator just to get the wrench back! -Haha!!! Seriously though, That is why I now carry two wrenches and why I keep re-iterating that the size of the screws and wrench is 5mm (No one on any of these past reviews seemed to know)I know there are a lot of Pics here but I really wanted you all to see how I pack this and what it looks and feels like in a few different Hotel rooms. And, just for the record, I would proudly become a Perfect Fitness Crunch Artist if they invited me to!"BUY AND PREPARE TO TESTIFY!"xXx!Brother PaulPS. Yep, I bring the Yoga matt along too!
