Jumbo Cool Ombre Stacking Mugs, Set of 6 - World Market

Ordered 24 oz. mugs but got 18 oz. mugs. How do we fix this problem?

I had to modify my prior review--I ordered these again to replace the broken set, and though this set arrived without breaking--they were the 8 oz. cups, not the 24 oz. that I ordered. I would have kept them, except the stand was malformed and so it rocked back and forth. I can see I'm not the only Amazon customer who has dealt with the shipment of the wrong item so I am DESPERATELY hoping that third time's the charm. I have tried again, this time it is another seller, so hopefully a better result! ORIGINAL REVIEW: These are beautiful and very large, perfect for morning coffee and even to use as soup/cereal bowls. I only wish mine hadn't arrived broken. Two out of the six were shattered. I am returning them and plan to order another set in the hopes that it survives shipping.

The only possible negative I have is that the cups are 18 oz not 24 oz as described. They are otherwise perfect! my kids like them so much they have joined me in the "morning latte" ritual, and my oldest joins me for a decaf version for desert. I am not sure if there even is a 24 oz cup size or if this is a misprint on the part of amazon. These cups are well made, balanced well and the colours are lovely!

These mugs are working perfectly for me. I'm very happy with the size. They work as cereal or ice cream bowls and as a large coffee mug. They stack very nicely with our without the rack. The colors are nice, and the stack looks great on my kitchen counter. After several months of use, there have been no cracks, chips, or problems. Highly recommended.
