Do not get, I finally got a chance to use mine after it was sitting in the box for three weeks and it lasted three days before it started to fall apart. First problem was the clip that you clip onto your belt, then The side piece comes off in the circuitboard is exposed And springs that hold it together shot all over

I returned this product because it would not initiate to my laptop. Nothing came up until a few days later, when I got notice of a sound file in the folder that should have shown up when I tried to install it.The crazy thing is, it was someone else's voice speaking a foreign language.

I am very disappointed with this product, and am returning it. It is extremely rare that I do this, but there are just too many things wrong here.The worst offense is that in the product information / introduction text on Amazon, and even the User Guide from the manufacturer (both online & included with the device) it clearly states that it will work with Linux. When everything failed, I went back to the Q&A section and quickly found this nugget: "...does not support Linux system...." - FENG YUE HUI (who I am guessing is a company representative).When I connected this to my Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon desktop system (fully up-to-date) I got nothing. OK, no big surprise, it happens. ... But then i connected it to my Windows 10 laptop (also fully up-to-date) and also got nothing. That tore it. Time to return.I ran the Windows software from the manufacturer to set the time on the device, but that failed, since the device was not recognized... which also means there is no way get the files off the device.Additionally... I found the operations switch (power, voice activation mode, basic record mode) VERY difficult to operate. (I have bad arthritis in my hands.)Aside from all the negatives... I was able to use the included earbuds to hear some recordings, which seemed pretty decent ... but everything else is such a huge disappointment, I am forced to return it.

It did record loud and clear. Got it to download once. The next time (within 10 mins) Would not show up on the desktop of my iMac. Amazon help / support had me try differance cables, reset the recorder a couple of times. Nothing would work. Sent it back.... So dissappointed as the one time it sounded great even at 14 ft. away...

Sound quality on the playback is amazing works really discreetly without flashing lights so you don't know it's on. At least in voice activation mode that's how it is but on regular record the light stays on.

very convenient product, can carry, need not often charge. good!it is also very convenient to use , you can press the button directly

I am impressed with the results.I recorded TV plays with 20 volume in the distance and results are great. Voice recording with high volume.It is great for secretly recording. Although, It heats up really fast. Easy set up. Always with me. Can be clipped to a key or purse or even cloth. Love it.

Housing broke before ever getting to use it. It was not abused, just carried in a pocket for a short time. Something that is designed to attach to a keychain has GOT to be more robust. Very unhappy with it.
