Nice inexpensive folder
I was looking for a cheap back up folder for a small get home bag setup. Normally I buy Kershaw, Spyderco, or Benchmade but for something that will spend most of its life under the back seat of my vehicle, that seemed kind of dumb. I have carried it for a couple weeks to put it through its paces and was pleasantly surprised. Came really sharp, seems solidly put together, the clip is nice, and the thumb hole a good size and shape for easy one hand opening. I'm sure the steel quality, edge retention, etc is not as good as more expensive and/or higher quality options - but for my intended purpose it fits the bill perfectly. I wouldn't feel bad about using it as an EDC if that's all I could afford. I've used it opening boxes and mail, cutting twine, plastic packaging and tubing. Still sharp, no nicks or blemishes. Going to clean off the tape adhesive residue and go ahead and put it in the bag.

GANZO Firebird F759M - Phenomenal Byrd-Like or Spyderco-Like Knife
A few weeks ago, I purchased the blue GANZO Firebird F759M and recently decided to acquire the green one as well. The GANZO Firebird F759M has surpassed my expectations for a knife at this price range. It is just as reliable as the Byrd knives I own, yet it costs half as much. The knife arrived fairly sharp, but after stropping it, I achieved a razor-sharp edge. The handles are robust, reinforced with a thin metal liner for added support. Owning three Spyderco knives, I can assert that the GANZO Firebird F759M is an excellent choice to carry for a few weeks to a month or longer to determine if this type of knife suits you before spending over $100 on a Spyderco. The GANZO Firebird F759M offers an outstanding grip, and the blade is firmly fixed without any play. In the near future I am going to complete the collection and buy the red and black GANZO Firebird F759M as well.

Not bad
This is a cheap generic version of a spyderco knife. It gets the job done. Slim, light and sharp as hell. But it is not very robustly made. It feels a little delicate. But this is a nice try out for a spyderco. It came to me a little stiff. Hard to open. But I worked it enough that now it opens nicely. A good little knife to have in your pocket. Conclusion - I can see why people love spyderco. Will be getting one.

What a great knife!!!!
I bought (owned/used/given/found/gifted) about 50 knives over the years. I have some favorites; Kershaw 1760 Skyline has been my EDC, but I love this Ganzo F759. Its blade is made of 440c (razor sharp), nylon glass fiber handles (stainless steel Reinforced), a great belt/pocket clip, and a smooth opening blade. But my favorite is the blade lock and thumb/grip support. The knife locks up tight, has great stippling on the handle, and has the greatest grip/hand position I've ever had on a knife. This is my new EDC and for less than $20, you've got to be kidding.Best to all,Mike T

Great Budget Folder
I’ve been trying out a lot of the sub-$100 pocket knives on Amazon recently, and this one really impressed me. At ~$16, it’d be hard to find a better deal as a beginner knife, beater, or backup. For a $16 knife, build quality is exceptional. It’s light, stiff, makes a satisfying click when the blade locks in place, and has a nice pocket clip too. It rides the line between “nicely light” and “okay, this must be cheap” in the materials department; a problem if it were $80-$100, but pleasant and welcoming at a sub $20 price.Compared to a $25 Sitivien knife that wouldn’t lock closed, felt gritty in the action and poorly finished in the scales, this knife is fantastic. Seriously, it was hard to believe both knives could be considered in the same family of quality because this Ganzo is in another class above. This is a great value under $20. It won’t be your last knife, but it’d be a great first one!

Great Value for the money!
Never tried this Brand before but read many good reviews so decided it was worth the risk for the price. Now I am a believer and will probably buy more.-very sharp blade-light weight-grippy frame and comfortable- easy to open with one hand but because of the back lock, not as easily closed with one hand- clip is not as close to the end of the knife, so the knife end might show a little more than others- comfortable gimping and choil work well together

Decent for what it is
Smaller sized value knife. Comes quite sharp. It's obviously modeled after Spyderco and the whole pricepoint appeal is very understandable. However, if you're budget - conscious and looking for a daily carry I'd recommend the Spyderco Resilience or Artisan Cutlery Proponent. Both are full size solid made pieces with 60-70$ tag but those are actual reliable tools. This knife here is a nice addition to the collection to look at but realistically if you're ever trying to defend yourself with this you're likely a goner. By the time you have it opened it'll be too late as the blade is not broken in at all and you certainly don't get that Spyderco snappy action. If you're really on the budget and would really like yourself a Firebird knife I'd recommend checking out the FH922PT. That one is very usable and snappy out the box. It is still on a smaller side but definitely a lot more utility
