KPH-1500Classic - Kitchen Plinth heater - Central Heating - Hydronic - 1.5kW (Black)

Great heater, made all the difference to the room, wife and dog loves it!!! Easy to install if your a good and capable diy person as you need to fit pipe work from your heating system to it as well as an electrical supply, this though you can fit a 3 pin plug top to if you want to as it had a build in 2 speed fan switch but also has a built in thermostat that controls the fan run when it reaches 40 degrees water temperature and turns off when the temp drops again, I found this feature invaluable as it doesn’t blow cold air on you when the heating goes off. Great looking unit when it’s cut into the plinth as well.Only one last thing to say is please read the installation instructions before installing as I did partially and didn’t remove the rubber bungs from the flow and return pipes then was cursing the heater when it didn’t work, I saw the rubbers and did try to pull on them but as they were so tight I though they must of been fitted in to be left in as with out my glasses on they do appear to have small holes in them and I assumed they were flow restriction valves to slow the flow of water through the heater matrix exchanger, it was only after I studied the instructions I read they had to be removed, one wet floor and a lot of swearing did I sort it but when I did ‘ oh boy was it good’ lol.

Fit nicely by fitter. Waiting to be turned on in winter. So far so good.
