What I really wanted was the one that stands straight up, with the rounded, weighted end on the handle. But that is (permanently?) out of stock, so here we are. This one doesn't do nearly as good a job of staying out of the way on the counter, and the edge of the blade is super thick so it doesn't cut butter or cheese neatly at all. It's kind of cool looking, though, and better than nothing as far as keeping the buttery blade off the counter.
