After returning an iPhone battery case and a wireless charger - both products didn't work as expected - I was afraid to order another charger as I might end up returning it too.Wow, to my surprise, this really worked as described by the seller as well as the 5-star reviews from buyers. The lights were blinking and stayed lit when fully charged; it took about 8 hours to get it fully charged. I was able to charge my iPhone as well as a Samsung J2 phone with battery charges in the 30s to 40% twice, charged my iPad mini from 50% and still had one light (25% charge) remaining and got those phones and the iPad charged to 100% after 2-3 hours.It's so convenient to just plug it into a wall outlet and it can be used for both iPhone and android. So now when I travel, I don't have to bring 2 different kinds of charging cables (and be unable to charge if I forget to bring one cable or the other) and it comes in a nice case which makes it perfect for travel. Very pleased with this purchase.UPDATE: 9/21/19I have this old Kindle (3rd generation, bought in 2010) which I hadn't opened in a long time. When I tried to use it the other day, it showed that it had no charge at all, had a message 'Critical Battery'. Plugged it to a wall outlet for several hours and it didn't get charged.Read up some youtube and other online discussions on what to do with an empty battery, made sure I used the USB cable and power adapter it came with, plugged directly to a wall outlet or to the USB input in my computer, left it for several hours and overnight, but still nothing happened. I even used different cables and adapters as some had advised.I was about to throw it away as I read some posts that if a Kindle doesn't get charged after several attempts then it means it's not going to work anymore and just to throw it away as Amazon wouldn't repair those.But before I dumped it, I tried using this portable charger power bank. Saw the 4 blue lights lit, and left it overnight altho I had no expectations at all that it would work.When I woke up early morning, the blue lights were off so I thought that it still didn't charge; this Kindle had its day and was definitely going to the trash can.But lo and behold, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that I resuscitated my dear old KIndle. It got fully charged! And what's more, there were still 4 of those blue lights on the power bank so it still had a full charge left, or maybe not completely full, but it didn't get completely drained.This is one purchase that I'm just so happy about that's why I had to write this update. Really an awesome gadget!

It takes a few hours to charge, but it can charge 2 or more phones quickly like 45 min to 100% I've had mine for at least a year I have 2 other power banks and 2 for charging multiple at once. I live in my van so power is essential. This is by far. My most reliable source of power for my devices. The fact that it doesn't need its own cord and Adapter they are built right in and that it has all 3 type for out put is a bonus. You just need the one piece.

I'm the photographer for Scottsdale HOG Chapter 3160. I use an iPhone 14 PRO and an Ultra360 X3 video camera. On 12/09/2023 we had our Christmas Party for 2023. I startesd shooting with my iPhone at 4:30 pm and didn't stop until around 10:15 pm that night. I was shooting videos and stills, all the while having the phone plugged into the Power Bank. The phone never dropped below 95% charge and the Power bank only got down to 75%! I was impressed with it's performance. Every time I hit the road, it's in my Tour Pack.

It worked great for a few months and now it won't charge. Very disappointing. UPDATE: Even though it was outside the return window, I contacted the company and they offered either a replacement or refund. Thank you to the company for standing behind their product.

I had two of these and recently purchased two more. I live in Florida so am constantly doing "hurricane shopping". Recently, we had a power outage due to a storm, so I grabbed one of these power banks to charge my smart phone. Even though the power pack hadn't been charged for 8-9 months, it held most of its charge and I was able to fully recharge my phone.They are perfect for home use. I especially like that they have their own folding plug built in (flip it up and plug it right into the wall), and also charging cables built in (they fit flat, into the sides of the body of the battery pack). I would probably choose something lighter for travel, if weight is a consideration.All things considered, they are the best power packs this Floridian has tried.

It says that it's fully charged, but the Apple charger will not charge my iPhone

The product design for this power bank was just what we were looking for - 10k amp/hours charging capacity, slim, with cords for.most devices built in and most imoortantly, an AC charge capability. The ability to charge this unit from any wall outlet without having a separate charger is a huge boon for travelers!Unfortunately, the unit malfunctioned after only one charge cycle. when we went to plug in the unit to the wall a second time...no response. No lights, no charging indicatuon, and most importantly, no charge. We left it in overnight...zero power going into the unit.It will still recharge - VERY slowly - through the micro USB port, which means it still has some functionality. Unfortunately, though, it lost the function we bought it for. Very disappointing!We will be returning it, as we've only had it for a week or so.
