'71 Chevy C10
Used as an upgrade on a 1971 Chevy C10 with a 383 SBC w/electric water pump.No holes, looks good, easy to wire up.Overall, I am happy with it. The temp in the truck stays where it is supposed to.The only drawback is the duration that the fan stays on after the truck has been ran then turned off.It feels like +/- 10 min. which is PLENTY to ensure the block does not continue to heat after stopping the truck.I would purchase again if needed.

Not a 'bolt in' replacement
The quality of the radiator I received was very good. I did have to modify the OEM mounts to fit the radiator in my stock 1972 Chevy C10. The lower mounts had to be located 1" inboard (towards the engine), and I had to extensively modify the upper brackets and change their locations (inboard) as the OEM locations would have interfered with the fill cap (on the passenger side) and the upper radiator hose (on the driver side). Other companies sell upper brackets for this reason. As for the fans, I was (am) disappointed that they didn't move enough air to keep the engine from overheating (stock engine). I removed the fans and shroud, reinstalled the OEM fixed fan and OEM shroud and the truck no longer has a overheating issue.

It will fail and risk destroying your engine.
Terrible product. It’s not made well, the cap housing is machines wrong and didn’t seal with multiple caps including the one it can with. In fact that in leaked the most. Engine over heats now, didn’t before. The refused to abide by their return policy. They kept asking for more proof after I sent them timed pics of temp before start, during and overheat time which was within 15 minutes. Even changed the new thermostat with a different new way, same results. The original copper core radiator was far superior.

Radiator works great but the fans need Replaced.
I installed this radiator in a 1967 Chevy pickup with a 400 SBC engine. The radiator fits the truck perfectly and bolts in with the factory brackets and rubber. Overall it keeps the engine cool without an issue. However, the fans themselves would overheat after about a 1-2 minutes and shut off. They were pretty much junk. I then modified two other fan motors to fit into the fan shroud and it works great. It’s a decent affordable radiator that gets the job done and helps you save a few dollars. Just expect to replace the fan motors, I used two I found from a scrap yard. It was easily modified. I would Happily buy again. Other than the fans being junk I was satisfied with the purchase.
