A bit expensive but what a fishy salty kick to pasta. A hidden flavour to add to vongole or to experiment with i am going to try lamb seasoned with it next, This is the first time i have tried this and its different but i love it.

Disappointing. Salty but hardly any taste of fish at all and very dry. I've often had Spaghetti alla Bottarga in restaurants, but this tasted nothing like it. Next time I'll get the whole roe and grate or slice it myself.
