Welllean Rice - Read my review to know why you must buy this OR just save time, buy it immediately!
This is SOOO good... I made egg fried rice with shrimp, the flavor was unbelievable. Its even better then the real white rice. The final texture of the cooked fried rice dish reminds me of beaten rice - used in some Indian dishes, which makes the rice a bit chewy...for the lack of better term. Since this is almost 0 calories, I can add more meats, olive oil (or coconut oil) and/or nuts and not worry about make it too calorie dense. Since then I have tried several side dishes and everyone of them exceeded my expectation. the best part is no need to spend time cooking rice. Also the product can handle heavy mixing and stirring and still remain fluffy unlike real white rice.I also mixed other cooked grains/cooked dry peas (like green chick peas, black eyed peas) and it turned out great. I can eat so much more and still stay within the meal calorie goal. (I use myfitnesspal to track).Initially, I just got this to balance out the calories during the Christmas holiday season but my order was delayed by 2 weeks (out of stock) and the seller immediately apologized when I contacted them and refunded me as a good will gesture. My packet still arrived on Dec 27th instead of 14th. It was worth the wait. I am customer for life and I have subscribed for auto deliveries now.The only thing I hope they would change - the price is higher than most other brands (but this still is the best tasting and texture, I have tried them all I would continue to buy these.) It is double packed with 2 really high quality packaging. I hope they find a way to reduce the packaging per oz of the product and offer a bulk price for a larger quantity inside each packet. I am sure lot more people would try this if they reduced the price. Either ways, I am sold and I plan on making this a part of my must have pantry items.

Shiritaki Noodles Without the Fishy Taste!
I've never been a fan of shiritaki/konjac noodles. They always taste fishy and almost saturated to right before the point of meh. However, these have to be the best I have ever tasted! I prepared them by placing them in a bowl with some warm water, and microwaving them for 3 minutes. Then, I drained them. Normally with other brands, I have to repeat this process 3 - 5 times. However, these noodles only needed a single rinse. To be honest, I am not sure if microwaving was even necessary.PRO-TIP: I like to drop the noodles into a non-stick skillet and cook them (without oil) until they stop popping. This dehydrates them a wee bit and provides a better texture. It could be the lack of fishy flavor, but finishing these off in both a pad thai and a marinara sauce allowed them to take on the flavors of the dish; a lot of other brands seem to taste almost like nothingness.Packaging: A Mixed BagThese actually come well-packaged with a couple of inserts if you are new to shiritaki noodles, or have questions if they are good. If I recall correctly, there is a visual for a spoiled bag. However, these are double packaged, which seems a bit wasteful, and I felt that I anticipated there would be more product than there actually was. In fact, I am pretty sure these contain less noodles than most brands. This didn't bother me due to the superior quality, but if you typically eat one bag, you might be eating 1.5 instead.Overall:I would recommend this product. It has a fantastic texture and lacks the fishy taste that is usually associated with these type of noodles.

Not a Horrible Alternative
I’m going to give an honest opinion on these. We’ve been doing keto for two weeks and I’m dying for noodles. Found these online and purchased the fettuccine noodles to start. Taking them out of the bag, yes they had a smell to them. Not anything repulsive but definitely a smell. Rinsed them off and they were fine. The texture is VERY MUCH like chewing on a rubber band. It kind of feels like they’re slippery and it’s hard to get them between your teeth to chew BUT I’ll take it for a low carb/keto friendly noodle alternative. They tasted like the sauce we mixed them in (which was amazing). I appreciate that unlike a lot of similar products, they didn’t have a strong smell and they didn’t have a horrible taste underneath the sauce we had on them. Chances are they’re going to taste like what you put on them. And listen, nothing will ever compare to a real (carb loaded) noodle….but I’ll take this brand over any other I’ve tried. I’d say it’s an 7 out of 10.

Not normal
I love these noodles. I have been ordering them for several years from Well lean and now I’m unsubscribe with Amazon. This Porter was so different. There was a lot of mucky water in it. The rice were smaller and harder than usual and fewer.. The quality appearance and texture were not normal.

Angel Hair too Clumpy...hard to have success
We've been eating Angel Hair Shirataki for years, mostly the Miracle Noodles but sometimes House Foods Brand that's made with Tofu.I have a number of dishes that I make with the Angel Hair Shirataki and decided to switch up the brand and try this well reviewed Well Lean. The problem with this particular brand's Angel Hair is that it just all wants to stay together in a big clump. It's hard to "toss" it with sauces or stir fries and feel like it's all well distributed. For me, that's a big pain.I think this brand's angel hair might actually be even finer than most, which is perhaps why it it's clumping but not sure.I won't be re-purchasing. And that clumping nature also means that the mouth feel isn't quite right...I'm not talking about the complaint that other's have of "rubberbands", that issue is a non-issue for us because we know how to prepare shirataki. The mouthfeel of a clump of angel hair is just unappetizing in a dish. This review is only for the Angel Hair.In terms of smell, taste, packaging, it's all fine...so maybe the spaghetti pasta would be better to try. However, I'm not going to risk it because I don't want to buy another "case" and have the same problem.
