Zipper sucks.
The bag has enough compartments to carry all of your needs, the issue as stated in several post is the main zipper. The zipper has come apart several times.

Comfortable bag, poor quality
The bag is very comfortable and is the perfect size for my very minimal carry needs. Unfortunately, it is very poorly made. Out of the box, it had a number of loose and hanging threads inside and out. Even after carefully snipping them off so they wouldn't unravel, there were gaps that needed restitching inside of a month of daily use. The zippers are also of sufficiently poor quality that they regularly would detrack and need to be pinched back closed in order to operate again. Finally after just short of 6 months of use carrying a tablet, a USB power supply, two pens and a charging cable, the zipper gave up entirely and simply can't be made to close.Time to spend a little more, you get what you pay for.

Poor Hardware and shotty workmanship will last less than a month
I needed a overnight bag that would be small enough to not be charged for a carry on bag for a recent flight I took I ordered 1 and within 4 days the zipper on the main compartment failed and fell off. Being only 20$ I chalked it up to be a one off bad one. So I did order another. The stitching inside is coming undone and the same problem with the hardware zipper is failing and poor workmanship the only reason for 2 stars is the design is very functional too bad I had to buy 2 of them to find out

Comfortable back pack to wear!
I really am impressed with this sling backpack, it has everything I need and is made of high quality material. Most important I could carry an 12" laptop and peripherals with ease. It'll be great for carrying items in an amusement park as well. Love it so far that it frees up my hands, and just the right size for everything.

Zipper broke first time
I was impressed with the bag until I tried to zip it shut the first time I used it. It got snagged on a piece of fabric, and the metal zipper handle on the main compartment just broke apart, making the whole bag trash. I with they had made stronger zippers so I didn't waste my money.

Plenty of storage
I love this product. . It came in handy on my vacation trip to Florida..

These is my second bag and the zipper breaks easily it’s not worth it at all
