Food does cook evenly
Baked chicken last night with this, and it really works. Chicken was crispy all around. It really was easy to clean too. I like this!

Works Great for Unbreaded
Great idea and easier to clean than wire racks! Only down side is anything breaded gets soggy on bottom.

No need to flip
Nice mat. Food cooks on both sides without the need to flip it over midway through cooking

great tool for lots of things.
I love this mat. I cut it into small pieces and put it in my yogurt machine bottom or a pan of boiling water to put a jar on to boil. I recommend it if you need to buffer heat.

Works well
I have used the mat to cook frozen fish, shrimp and fries. It is nice to be able to put them on the mat and I don't have to try to remember to turn everything over half way through the cooking. Since air circulates all the way around the food so I don't have to turn it over. Clean up is a breeze because the mat can go in the dish washer. Food comes out of the oven nice and crisp and not oily.
