☕ Elevate your coffee game with Califia's Oat Barista Blend!
Our new Oat Barista Blend steams beautifully, perfectly pairs with coffee, and tastes great by itself. It’s also unsweetened, made with whole rolled, gluten free oats and has no gums or stabilizers Review: Best shelf stable oat milk I have tried - This is my favorite shelf-stable oat milk! It’s hard to find creamy, delicious milk substitutes, but this one is perfect. It’s rich and smooth, froths beautifully, and has a pleasant flavor that works well in everything I’ve tried. I’ve used it in coffee, mac and cheese, protein shakes, pancake mix, and more—and I honestly notice no difference compared to regular milk. It’s a great option for anyone with lactose intolerance or a sensitive stomach. I also appreciate that it’s shelf-stable since I don’t go through milk quickly, and it lasts much longer. • Creamy texture and great flavor • Froths well for coffee and lattes • Works in both sweet and savory recipes • Ideal for lactose intolerance or sensitive stomachs • Convenient shelf-stable packaging with long shelf life • Excellent milk substitute for everyday use Review: It’s my favorite, much better than cow or other plant milk. - I have a subscription to this Califia Farms oat barista oat milk. This way I almost never run out. This product has completely replaced cow milk at my house. Originally I bought it because I was being a vegan to reduce friction with my millennial daughter. Now that I cohabit with a person who frequents the burger joints, I no longer adhere to a vegan lifestyle as I’m quite maleable where food sources are concerned. I don’t drink oat milk because of the nutritional comparison (it’s got less protein than cow milk I think) or because of its ethical vegan virtue, which I have abandoned in favor of delicious animal products, or because of price. (Regular cow milk so much cheaper than this pricy oat milk.). I just think this tastes way better than any kind of cow milk, it never makes me feel bloated or queasy, and I like knowing that a grassy meadow of oats got mowed down, rather than a forced separation of maternal cow from her calf child. I like knowing I’m still causing less grief and suffering among sentient beings and I truly like this oat milk much better than cow milk. The idea of cow milk is a little bit disgusting if you think about it long enough. Why drink somebody else’s baby’s milk. It was made by a mother cow for her own baby. Let’s drink oats. They taste better. No need to refrigerate until you open the package. Can be taken on camping trips and you use up one package and just go grab another and stick it in the fridge for tomorrow. By the way, compared to soy milk - yuck, soy milk is awful. Stomach ache, terrible taste. Rice milk is gross. Almond milk is okay but oat milk is just way better. Other brands of is milk is okay but I like the yummy deliciousness of this brand. Maybe it’s got more sugar or fat. I don’t know and I don’t care. It’s just YUM. Best subscription I have from desertcart besides dog food. It costs waaaay too much but then I’m special because I work hard helping vulnerable people in my job and when it’s time for breakfast lunch or dinner, I deserve good food including Califia Oat Milk.

Smooth and Creamy Oat Milk That Works Beautifully in Coffee
Smooth and Creamy Oat Milk That Works Beautifully in Coffee Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend has really impressed me with how consistently it performs. It steams and froths smoothly, creating a creamy microfoam that’s perfect for lattes and cappuccinos. The flavor is mild, slightly sweet, and enhances the coffee without making it taste artificial or chalky. It’s also convenient to stock since it’s shelf-stable until opened, and once opened it lasts about a week in the fridge. The packaging pours cleanly without drips, which is something I appreciate. Nutrition-wise, it’s dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO, with added calcium. Compared to some other plant milks, it has a richer body and texture, which makes it feel more like regular milk in drinks. One thing to keep in mind is that it does contain some added oil, which likely helps it froth so well. That doesn’t bother me, but if you’re trying to avoid oils altogether, it’s worth noting. Bottom line: A reliable, barista-quality oat milk that froths beautifully, tastes great in coffee, and has the right balance of convenience and flavor—easily one of the best oat milks I’ve tried.

Go to oat milk
Seriously the best oat milk out there, hint the word barista. Creamy, delicious, can be stored on shelf before use. Makes my coffee so good!! Recently switched to oat milk and it’s Much healthier than whole milk!!

very good oat milk, watch out for leaks
This is a very good oat milk for multiple purposes from vegan french toast to pour over coffee. It has a nice taste, not too sweet and makes an ok froth. Be on the look out for the occasional leaking pouring spout, the screw cap doesn't sit properly after removing the pull seal and when you shake, the contents can go all over the place. Fortunately, this does not happen often.

Best Pumpkin Spice Creamer!
Taste like real pumpkins, not too sweet nor too spicy. Just the right amount of everything. Better than Starbucks’! We’ve saved tons of $$ making our own pumpkin spicy latte using this amazing creamer and it’s vegan - oat milk based.

Tasty alternative
Very tasty and can be textured with a steam wand or nanofoamer. I used it with the Dreo milk frother and it created decent texture for latte art and the foam was pretty good. Even without coffee it’s tasty on its own. One of the best alternative milks out there in my opinion.

Receiving bloated product
This was never my favorite oat milk but it's been convenient when I can't go to the store before I need more. I've never liked how there's little chunks in the milk, no matter how long or how hard I shake the bottle for and no matter if it's cold or heated up. It doesn't froth great, and it tastes pretty neutral. There's better milks out there. However, the reason for this specific review is because I ordered a box mid December and just got down to the last three bottles in the container and they were all bloated! One literally felt like it was about to pop it was so large. I checked the expiration date on the containers and it's supposed to expire next week. That's barely a month from when I purchased it. When I buy oat milk at the store, the expiration dates are usually 10-12 months out. I'm only now noticing some other reviews here are also stating similar experience . I will not be buying again.
