Dell XPS 8700 Intel Core i7 4790 32GB 3TB - X8700-9375BLK

We ordered 2 identical machines - what we received was 2 different machines. One, what we ordered is working fine, the other was not what we ordered and was DOA. It didn't have the correct hard drive and the hard drive was dead. These were refurbished products, and we have bought many others refurbished with no problem. All previous purchases of 3rd party products, the sellers have gotten the paper work corrected with the manufacturer so that we had the manufacturers warranty. The manufacturers wouldn't talk to us as the warranty had expired, even though these were new refurbished machines with the original wrappings and protective plastic on the boxes. Pcrush told us to work it out with the manufacturer and if we needed any information to let them know. Gee thanks! We payed for a non-working PC that wasn't the configuration we paid for, and they didn't get the paperwork correct so we could have a warranty? What is the service again?After troubleshooting and seeing that the Seagate drive was bad, we requested them to send us a replacement that was what we ordered with an OS on it. That seems like a pretty straight forward solution. There was no reply other than they would not do anything case closed. We are Geeks and this isn't rocket science, this would have been an easy solution, but they wouldn't discuss it.We will NEVER do any business with Pcrush ever again - but we will enjoy passing on this story. Hope this opens the eyes of potential buyers of their products. Buyer beware as they don't care about the customers in the slightest.
