Marvin Swiss Automatic Mens Casual Watch Leather Mechanical Black Watches for Men Waterproof

I took a chance on this Marvin because I love the style. Modern, with classic and vintage details, and subtle flair, like the blue hands and the red-backed leather band. I had never heard of Marvin, they don’t seem to have any presence in the US, and I cannot get their website to load in any language other than Chinese (even though it is a Swiss brand). After some googling, it seemed as though they had a good reputation among watch blogs and enthusiast sites, so I pulled the trigger.I just received it today (shipping was fast) it came well packaged, and it looks gorgeous. Photos don’t do it justice. The traditionalist in me likes having Roman numerals on a watch, and these ones stand out, literally, as they rise slightly off the surface of the dial.This is my second mechanical watch and replaces a Hamilton Jazzmaster that took a hard hit to the ground. I loved my Hamilton, and especially liked that it was from an American company. Marvin is a recently reestablished Swiss company that was originally founded in 1850, so it has some heritage, and so far I am impressed with their style, finish, and value. I hope they become more widespread in the US.
