I have tried several low carb pastas as well as made a few recipes of my own - this is by far the best go to product when you don't have time to do home made. What sets this apart from the others that I have tried was the traditional like pasta 'chew' or 'bite' that this has. Not disappointing at all and tastes great.

I was wary of the whole concept, but as someone who is making the change from eating too many carbs to more protein for weight loss/muscle growth, I am quite happy with this product. I find the portion sizes totally adequate, I personally like the texture of the noodles after the 4 minute cooking recommendation, and the taste is totally fine. Pair it with some meat source and veggies and its a great meal.

For people who want Italian style pasta with red or cream sauce, these are much better alternative than Shirataki noodles which I find are better for Asian style noodles. Neither is very good, but if you are trying to do a low-carb diet, there aren't a lot of options. For the record, I don't think these are technically low carb, but rather lower carb. A lot of the carbs are fiber and so don't necessarily count to your carb count. That said I've used these noodles for tomato and cream sauces and they are okay. The texture is pretty good, very much like an al Dante pasta. The taste and color is a little off and might not be to certain people's liking, but I found it to be okay.

I was pleasantly surprised that they tasted pretty good. It's not exactly like normal pasta but it is a great alternative and it adds some extra fiber and protein to your meal.

This is a new favourite. Cooks quickly and tastes delicious! Much healthier than regular pasta. Add pesto and a side salad and it makes a wonderful meal.
