The plant arrived 4 days after ordering it.I fell in love with the plant as soon as I opened the box. So why 3 stars and not 5?1. The soil was completely wet. Soaking wet. Definitely over watered. It's not my first plant from amazon and I think the seller could have watered less and put a cling film /plastic bag over the pot to retain moisture.I haven't watered the plant since receiving it, because overwatering is much worse than a bit of draught.2. I have repotted the plant today. As anticipated, the soil was very wet. Not damp or moist, wet. Unfortunately, I discovered a number of rotten roots. It looks like this baby has been mindlessly watered. I get that tesco or B&Q do it, but anyone who specialises in sale of plants should know better. I attach pictures for ease of reference.If the plant survives the next few weeks and months, I'll upgrade the stars, but for now, 3 it is.

This plant is healthy and a good size. Good value for money. Requires re-planting.

The plant is lovely but it is definitely not 80cm in height. It’s just small!

Beautiful banana plant and arrived in perfect condition.

Very pleased with the plant itself, but even more with the great customer service. The initial order arrived in a sad condition, with a few leafs broken. The packaging itself was secure, but badly damaged by the courier service. The seller was great and a replacement was initiated shortly after I contacted them. Would buy again and definitely recommend.
