Saxby Liz 6W Curved Backlit LED Bathroom Mirror Light with Motion Sensor Switch

I bought this item following a recommendation from a friend who purchased the mirror elsewhere from a major online lighting outlet. They paid about 40% more than the price on Amazon. I did wonder whether this was Chinese copy due to the low price. However I can confirm it is a genuine Saxby product which was delivered in the manufacturers packaging. Packaging was very well done with double boxing and padding for excellent protection. The product appearance is just great with the curved mirror effect. The LED backlighting gives a nice soft touch to the bathroom at night. Be aware that the LED lights are on a strip placed behind the mirror around the edge which provides lighting back onto the wall. The mirror is not directly illuminated. The back frame fits easily to the wall: the mirror part is detachable to allow for fixing the back panel. Seals between the back panel and mirror keep the electrics free of moisture. Construction is to a high standard with metal surfaces smoothly finished off and internal wiring tied back neatly inside the frame. The light switch is a non contact motion sensor switch which is handy. However if you get too close to the sensor when brushing your teeth it illuminates the LED lights. This isn't a problem once you are aware of it. Very pleased with my purchase and with Betta Lighting as supplier
