The Maddog Sling ShotTM is DOUBLE PLY and twice as thick as the Original Sling ShotTM. Named after my late brother "Maddog" Mike Bell, this Sling ShotTM has more bite. The MADDOG is very stiff and very hard to use unless you have substantial weight on the bar (400+). It is NOT recommended for anyone that cannot bench close to 500+ lbs. on their own.
