The Product is very good and comfortable, easy to assemble and received all the required tools along with the Chair. It seems that the product is durable and very cost effective. I got Value for my money.Support System is too good. I made a call on given number to assemble the chair and the person taught me how to assemble it. Thanks to the support team helping me over phone to assemble it.

I liked the quality of the chair. It's comfortable and relaxing.It has a very good hydrolic for adjusting the size of the chair.I've uploaded a max hight hydrolic's picture.A page was there inside the box, where instructions were given about how to assemble . On the same page no of the seller was mentioned. You can give a call on that no in case you are facing any difficulty while assembling.As as show in the picture. But height of back support is a bit lower then that of shoen in the picture from seller. Disadvantage--When you want to relax your back. It lean back more then normal. But not too much, Quite adjustable.

The quality of this product is sinply pathetic!! Made of cheap quality plastic and within 4 days three of the wheels broke. Tried to fix it but still no use. The castors/wheels tend to flatten out whenever you sit on the chair and as soon as you roll it it will come off. The back support was okay. It was not at all easy to assemble as some of the screws were not properly fitting into the designated slots in the first attempt. The procedure of assembling is easy but this product had a manufacturing defect throughout. This chair may be cheaper but if this chair gets broken after a couple of weeks your entire amount goes down the drain as amazon wont accept return by that time. So think before you buy!

The Product is not that great.

Despite not many ratings or reviews--this is indeed one of the best buys if your requirement is long working hours over your desktop/laptop.Price--couldn't ask for any better than thisAssembly--easy enoughcomfort-- I work 8-10 hours on my laptop. after having invested in a decent table, costly monitor, keyboard/mouse/speakers --this simply completes my work from home setup.For long working hours, mesh provides no sweat, tilt option allows locking in vertical(90 degrees) position--no locking for a tilted angle. Swirls like anything.

Not good product, it's very difficult to assemble, delivery guy said your self has to do assemble we won't do.One of the screen hole is very tight that screw not going inside its gone half and broken screw inside the hole of sheat, some how I managed to fit the chair with remaining 3 screws I don't how long it will work and handles are very rough, I need tie clothes to handle to keep the hand soft.Not worth of money..

Quality of the product is acceptable in this price range. Easy to assemble, quick delivery, still looks good after one week of usage. I would say it's good item in this price range.

I bought this chair in late june and the return period was for one month.....the chair had already come with many scratches but i was pretty happy with it since it was a cheap chair......recently the chair's wheel came out and now we're back in stores looking for some new wheels....and now the chair seat does not go as high as how it used to plus the grease collects and makes it harder to go up and down.....overall i would say this chair is pretty good for those people who are fine repairing the damge......otherwise the chair is easy to assemble and is pretty comfortable......this would be a good chair if you are not looking for chairs quality wise
