NOT leakproof. Urine can explode from the back of the silicone pouch! NOT easy to clean. NOT easy to use. This product is not worth the $$. The hose is so long we had to cut it. My husband is 6’tall. They’re is nothing to keep the bag against his leg. The toggle closure is easily opened by mistake while wearing. Do not buy this thing.

Had some trouble getting it to stay in place due to the fact that the buttons to secure it in place are too far apart for how tiny my Dad's waist is. Once we secured it with a pin it seemed to do the job. Came with 2 sizes of bags which was helpful
