Interventional Management of Head and Face Pain: Nerve Blocks and Beyond

Good, could do with more images
This is sadly the best book on the subject. It could benefit from more radiographic images from a variety of patients to illustrate variations in radiological appearances. The is particularly the case for the pterygopalatine fossa and for trigeminal RF.

Head and Neck Pain and their Treatment.
Interventional Management of Face and Head/Neck PainSpringer, New York, Berlin, HeidelbergJoseph J Grenier MD PhDThis is the best colour atlas on peripheral nerve ablations and nerve blocks of the head and neck region. Refractory headaches are described and their appropriate treatments. Color and line drawings of the course of head and facial nerves are beautifully described. The injections of trigeminal neuralgias, glossopharyngeal, intraalveolar, submental, and occipital nerve ectopy is covered.I recommend this book for neurologists, neurosurgeons, physiologists, and anesthesia experts.
