This product works! Gastro Fiber helps bulk up my stool for a complete evaluation! I just take two a day and have been going #2 regular now everyday. Love the ingredients because there are no fillers! Standard Process has been around since the 40’s and I have never come across a product of theirs that I don’t like. I absolutely recommend Gastro Fiber if you are having digestion issues or don’t poo regularly hopefully this product can put more “bulk” in your stool:)

We all need additional help in our diet. I have researched Standard Process products before. I am thankful to find a great product to give me that extra boost that I need to have some extra fiber in my diet. I feel great; and definitely will be buying more of it in the future.

The old formula was the best. Not sure why they changed it but not the same quality as it was. Different ingredients and does not work the same. Sad.

I've been Buprenorphine dependent for 6 years. (Opioids). I have tried almost every fiber suppliment on the market. I work out, walk, drink water, eat so many veggies. All of these things together, I still could not get a BM. I've been using enimas to go to the BR for 5 years. It's been awful. After taking this suppliment for ONE week, I started to have REGULAR BMs. This suppliment has TRULY changed my life.
