I couldn't find detail on the product for speed or use. I put this on a HF grinder and went to town rounding out the corners for a granite sink install, I kept water flowing towards the bit and this wheel removed material very fast. I ground out 4 corners in ~20 minutes, I was impressed how well it worked to remove the material. Looking at the drum after the job was completed I believe it can be used many more times.
