This is my second purchase of this Collagen product, and I have never felt better. I have arthritis in my knees, and since taking the Collagen every day for a couple of months, I hardly have any more stiffness and pain in my knees. I have also noticed improvement in my skin and nails. Collagen is something everyone over 50 should consider, as we lose this nutrient as we age. The bonus is that you will look and feel younger after a month of taking this supplement. I have never had any stomach upset, and I take 3 capsules on an empty stomach every morning before breakfast.

Easy to swallow. I've taken a months worth so far. My skin looks tighter and I am seeing less hair in my brush and on the sink. So far so good. I'll update if anything changes.

I have been using this product for a month and I love it. I have been working out the most I ever had in my 43 years and I have notice a difference in my recovery time since taking this product. I have lost 60 lbs so far. I only gave four stars for the swallow because they are large but it won't keep me from taking them!!

I started taking these for hair growth! However once I seen what the benefits were I decided to give these a try and they have also helped my skin! I feel skin looks more refreshed and youthful. I can’t speak to the relief of joint pain but I have seen fullness in my hair and as I said my skin looks great! Will definitely be a continued user of this brand!!

I liked that my nails are getting stronger. I didn't buy them for that reason, but i love that effect. I bought them because i read that this may help lower cholesterol. Havent tested yet, but will in a few months so will continue to buy them.
