Life Extension FLORASSIST® Probiotic Heart Health, Lactobacillus reuteri 30242, Promotes Heart Health and Already Healthy Cholesterol Levels, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Vegetarian, 60 Capsules

I started these on June 9th. The bottle says take once a day, I took two, one in the morning and afternoon. Prior to starting these my LDL via blood work was 130, total cholesterol 209, Crp 1.4. Dr advised reducing LDL and I decided to try these. Last week blood work showed LDL of 91, total cholesterol of 156 Crp 1.2. to summarize, that's a 40 point reduction in LDL, so yes, I can say these work. I took these for 3 months, then stopped when I ran out which was about 3 weeks ago, and have not changed my diet or exercise levels. They do give you a slightly changed or off (not normal to you) smell when you perspire heavily. Nothing offensive per se, but you will notice you don't smell like you. Easy to take, they are smaller in size. This is my first blood work in a while without all the red in the cholesterol section so I'm quite pleased. No noticeable effect on triglycerides, but HDL did drop 10 points as well.

I suffer from a lot of gut issues and these were recommended by a nutritionist. A game changer. Easy to swallow and a must have for me. On autofill!

Heard about this strain being good for cholesterol and heart, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Been taking it daily and I feel pretty good overall. No side effects, digestion’s solid. Can’t say much about cholesterol yet, so giving it 4 stars for now.

Take this daily along with magnesium and BP is normal. Not sure if this actually did the trick but at least in the right direction

Life Extension FLORASSIST Heart Health - 2.5 Billion CFU Heart Health Support Advanced Probiotics has the above strain to UP vitamin D. I bought it twice in the winter and it boosted mine and daughter's vitamin D level to normal range.

I have been using this probiotic heart health supplement for years. I'm still here, I feel great, and I will attribute some of this to this product.

Very good product feel like it is helping my heart a little pricey is the downside
