Good product. Makes you feel very relaxed, almost feels like its taking away your stresses and pains. Make sure your feet is dry before use. I would recommend this product for those of you who have trouble sleeping, and always feel tired. There are 5 different colours with different scents and purposes which i really liked. My favourite was the green tea one!

Good alternative traditional medicine

I was not sure about these. However the first night I used then I woke up shocked! I could not believe how I felt. The pads were black! I felt sooooo hungry and thirsty. I had a healthy breakfast and drank lots of water. Throughout the day I felt so much better. I felt refreshed and did not crave sweeties. I Wil use these 7 days in rue and she how I get on

Firstly I would say I was sold on the other reviews and really wanted this to work on my aches and pains.On opening the Amazon box the first thing that struck me was the bad English, grammar and spelling on the box which didn't inspire confidence in the product but I decided to give it a try regardless.I got myself ready for bed and put one on each foot and to be fair they did stick well and were not uncomfortable in any way. The next morning I was pleased to see they were both black and though how may toxins I must had shed over night but honestly felt no different. The next night I was all set to try again so got the pads ready and put them on the table next to my hot drink, went to the loo and when I returned the pads were already black from being near my cup of tea.I persevered with a few patches over a few other nights but I honestly believe it is a placebo effect and the black is caused by the heat from your feet - I felt no difference what so ever sorry.

Is the first time when I use themI put them on at 6pm and remove them at 2:30am as I waked up in the middle of the night filling my foot wet and the pads heavyMy nose went blocked and my left year hurt a lotI have no idea if this was meant to happen or I catch a coldI attached the picture belowI’ll keep using it let’s see what will happen after I finish to use all the pads from the box ( 20 pads)-10 days of using themThe product arrived within 48h in uk which is brilliant

I have tried other (even cheaper) similar patches and they were way better than these.Overhall quite disappointed with these as they do not stick to the feet properly and peel off after 1 hour with the body heat.I can not tell if they are efficient as I never managed to keep them even with socks. (they move inside)I gave up after trying twice and won’t recommend them.

Does what it says on the packet and draws the toxins out of the body. I do seem to sleep better as a result.
