Don’t buy, waste your money. Over advertising The label shows Supplement facts; mostly vit. C, E, biotin, Mg, Zn, Mn, Chromium for chelation. Herbal include Bitter melon, cinnamon…. You can buy Bitter melon ($1-$2 per lb at any Oriental market. Boil then drink the juice 2,3 times per week. It would have. No side effects You can buy bulk cinnamon powder, add to hot water to drink as tea. Great help too As
