Bought this as a cheaper alternative to the more expensive products on the market however, mid-way through the first use (a relatively flat 10k run) the vest began to fall apart and proceeded to spill it's contents from rips in the material. It began to rip open on the shoulder straps just underneath the arm after the first 2km of running (see photos for details). Not to mention the straps were incredibly flimsy and had to be tightened regularly.The vest itself is filled with some form of sand/crumb material to give it the weight however, when in use this sand sags to the bottom of the vest and remains unevenly distributed. This then makes it uncomfortable to wear during exercise, especially running.Overall poor build quality and uncomfortable to wear. I'd advise everyone to avoid this and suggest spending a little bit more money to ensure a higher quality, robust product that will last more than 15 minutes of exercise.

You could use this for running etc however it’s worth noting that:-It has an odd/bad smell like burned rubber for some reason?-Poorly made filled with what feels like sand which all sinks to the bottom and does not evenly distribute in the vest.-Quite bulky you could not wear this under anything

Poor design (10kg model). Fell apart after 2 uses. Complained to seller who did not reply to 2 emails. Replied to email from Amazon with an attachment containing another email address. Overall poor quality product and poor service. Avoid!
