Piece of trash! Waste of money and time! This (see the picture) happened after 3 times use! I was just trying to take it off my ear after I ended the call!Nothing aggressive or unusual! Please don’t buy this awful product! Not durable and not worthy wasting the time to return it! My worst experience with Amazon ever! Extremely disappointed!

this product is very fragile if you tug on it or unplug it too fast from your phone you will only hear out of one ear.
