So I wanted something in a colour other than black so that I've got a chance to see it when backstage - tick.It's ThinkTank and I've had occasion to be very pleased with their customer care speaking as someone who is now waiting for a replacement telescopic handle to be shipped to me FoC from the US - tick.But if you want to carry it on a belt there's no facility to do so other than to thread a belt through the loop at the back. There's no way to detach / open up the loop so that you can thread it between your belt and trousers (pants). For me that's a design howler - hence the three stars. To me this is a retrograde step for something that has an innovative opener and then gets let down by such a fundamental omission.
