I have been taking this since regularly December 2015. I only take a half dose (one per day) but I also take a probiotic every day. I can't be certain and I don't want to stop taking it to find out, but I am pretty confident that this product helps me maintain a balanced gut. As to the weight loss claim, I have no evidence that it has any affect whatsoever on my weight, but I still think it is worth taking.

I received this on 7-31-18 the pills came in a plain white bottle, how do i know what i ordered is whats in the bottle ?

Kathy - I am a 52 year old male who is healthy and I work out nearly every day to maintain core strength and flexibility; as I get older (and we all do) it became very difficult to keep off unwanted pounds (especially belly inches) After taking the Sonora Forskolin Extract product for over a year with exercise I lost the 10 lbs I wanted to lose, kept it off and feel great ! Seems to be doing something well...I can report progress at a later date, but so far the company response and reaction has been very good. I would give it a 5 star if I see some results - but I have not seen anything .

Not for me. I was not aware of any benefit. In all fairness, my stomach does not tolerate most supplements.

Took this for a month to lose two pounds. Not worth the money.

Not sure how this is working....does seems to keep you feelinf full longer!

Doesn't seem to help after 3 months of use.
