Health 'experts' warn of consuming too much Saigon cinnamon which led us to give the Sri Lankan cinnamon a try. Looks like what we're used to. Tastes different. Lighter, flowery maybe, hard to describe but I do enjoy it as much as ever on the morning bowl of Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats. Tastes good, good for you they say. Inexpensive when purchased in this quantity. Perhaps this is an acquired taste but so far, I'm all for it. Buy a pound and give it a whirl.....

This cinnamon is definitely a 5 star if not more.The taste is fantastic not like the regular stuff I was getting.I will be buying this much more often.U can't go wrong with this business.Ty much

Honestly, I don’t know what the taste is because it doesn’t taste like cinnamon. I just opened it a couple of minutes ago and not only is there not a cinnamon smell to it, the taste is really not very “cinnamony” either. I’m buying this exclusively for health reasons - not to bake with. I previously bought Anthony’s Ceylon Cinnamon, and it has the classic cinnamon smell and taste. Based on the smell and taste, I just can’t give this five stars. I feel giving it four stars is a bit generous 🤷‍♀️

I got it for the use of lowering chlostrol, and it works perfectly it doesn't taste bad and you cant beat the price, ive bought it multiple times already and use it every breakfast meal!

This is simply a wonderfully fragrant, delightful mild and subtly sweet cinnamon. It is perfect and has ideal taste and such a smooth, enticing texture. It is the stuff of my favorite cinnamon dreams, much better than sugar plums dancing in my head. ;) I had no idea why Ceylon cinnamon was popular until I smelled and tasted this brand. Oh! Heavenly!! I didn’t know cinnamon could be like this and I must tell you that I love all types of cinnamon but in my opinion this one is the best. I’ve tried other brands and been very disappointed as they pale in comparison. I nearly love it too much for my finances. I’ve been eating it by the tablespoon because I enjoy it so much! And I must report that I am usually one to get low blood sugar if I’m not careful about eating often and avoiding sugar. I was skeptical that it would help with this issue but decided to read what the dosage might be for medicinal use and it seemed it was about a tablespoon for my size so that’s what I did. I am happy to say that it does seem to improve my blood sugar issues too. I’d eat it either way but appreciate the health bonus all the same. All in all this brand is a big win in all the categories for me.
