Seems good quality and the LEDs are nice and bright. Can be cut into sections of 100mm which contains 6 LED chips. The strip is 12mm wide and a full roll on at full brightness uses about 3.5A so make sure you buy a big enough PSU. When cut into sections and run off a DMX decoder you can achieve some really good effects with this strip.

The length is amazing and the brightness is perfect very easy to install comes with only one warm color range light still the quality is amazing

Colours are very intense, but after carefull installation into aluminium profile on led coving a section of the red channel has stopped working within days of installation. It's all stuck down so I can't remove it to return, to fix it I would just solder in a repair section.

The light don’t work please advice. And I have chopped the LED light into 2 length according to my LED trim. Any chance you can send me a replacement?

Bought three of these in one go. First of all, one of the reels came damaged, LEDs a bit beaten but all worked. Noticed however that one of the power cables supplied looks like its been chewed by an Alsatian. I would recommend that the LEDs come boxed rather than in a plastic bag. After installation they looked great, wired up nice and easy. However within 24 hours all three strips the adhesive has started failing. I spent hours putting this in channels, so im so upset that it was a waste of time. On this basis I cannot recommend the product.

After only a couple of weeks the led strip stops working... offcourse just a couple of days after the return time🥲 would not recommend

Ich habe einige dieser Streifen genutzt, um als passiv Beleuchtung eingesetzt zu werden. Angebracht in passenden Aluminium. Gehäusen verrichten sie seit einigen Wochen hervorragend, ihren Dienst die Leuchtkraft ist ausreichend aber nicht so hell wie ich erwartet hatte. Mittlerweile würde ich keine aluminiumabdeckung mehr. Mit milchglas, sondern klar empfehlen um die Leuchtkraft etwas zu erhöhen. Ansonsten sind die led-streifen sehr gut zu verbauen. Klebekraft ist ausreichend die Funktion problemlos. Nicht eine LED, die ein Problem hatte. Auch ein kurzes anschlusskabel lag dabei, dass die lötarbeiten enorm erleichtert hat. Planung und Recherche sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Da ist ja mittlerweile eine enorme Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen Standards für led-streifen gibt. Sofern dies alles gegeben ist, kann ich die Streifen von btf sehr empfehlen. In der 24. Volt Variante habe ich auch keinen helligkeitsabfall bei knapp über zwei Metern feststellen können.

Good: Bright in all colors. Wired on both ends of the tape, one male & one female connector. Comes with a spare M connector in case you have to cut and daisy-chain it. Ran cool in my initial 30-minute test. Tape on back sticks well (but see below.) Bad: The double-sided tape on the back is not applied correctly; every foot or so there is a 2-3 inch span where the light tape lifts off the sticky tape, requiring you to cut the sticky tape to make it lay flat and leaving un-stuck stretches. It didn't matter much for my application, but would have if I'd used this for e.g. under-cabinet lighting. Bottom line: The product itself seems pretty good, although I haven't done a proper burn-in test yet. The sticky-tape issue, however, turned a straightforward application into a difficult, tedious job. Five stars, but the sticky-tape thing came very close to costing it that fifth one.

After initial testing, this is an excellent product. I bought 5 different styles of LED strip to test out in order to find which ones I wanted to use for my house lighting. This strip outperformed all the others that I bought in every way. It's very bright, the colors are very nice, and the warm white is very pleasant. Also, because it uses the 4 in 1 LEDs, all LEDs on the strip are always lit up evenly whether you have it set to a pure white or a mixed white or a pure color or mixed color. This is important because my preference is for a finished project with LEDs that aren't noticeable, and to be, rather, strips of even diffuse light. I haven't adhered them to anything yet, but because I'm using aluminum channel with diffuser covers, I may not even be able to tell how well the adhesive performs very accurately, so I am not leaving any rating for the adhesive. The 24v strip has the further advantage over an equivalent 12v strip of having less voltage drop per given length of strip due to lower current, and lower current makes everything easier in the long run, by allowing smaller gauge wire to power each strip vs the same length wire run for 12v. For my applications, concealment of wires leading to the led strips is important, so being able to use a smaller gauge wire is great, even if the difference is minimal. I would say that for large projects, the requirement of a relatively high current output 24v power supply is harder to acquire than a 12v supply, particularly because I had already planned on using an HP 1200w server power supply, but ultimately it just means I have to use two 12v server PSUs in series, which is not really a bother. Please note, I don't advise using power supplies in series unless you are confident in what you are doing, as wiring something like those server PSUs in series without removing the ground on the AC power cords is a quick way to convert the power cords into magic smoke.
