Really does work even when you just put it on. If you mess up badly with this on then the only thing that'll help you is professional help because you're really bad.People that complain about making hem feel claustrophobic have some serious issues. If you're used to wearing form fitted clothing it'll feel like you have on jogging pants/shirts. Nowhere near as right as some people make it out to be.Only con I have about it as after a few swings the bottom of the shirt rides your body but that's just a minor gripe for how really well this product works. Also most all professional golf courses will not allow you to wear this at their course because of dress code requirements but I still wear it anyway. Did a round at Mississippi National Golf course without it and shot an 84. Played a round with it on from driving to putting and shot 78, no lie.I will continue ticking off the course staff by wearing this until I feel I no longer need it to have a correct golf swing.

You have to have courage to wear this thing as it really does look ridiculous. However, I really do love this training aid. I initially thought it would be similar to Leadbetter's swinglink but it is actually quite a different sensation. I never have benefited from that concept or even the towel under the arm drill. I just never felt I could swing even remotely like that on the course. This is a different story and I think it is just a terrific aid for developing a more athletic, connected swing.
