I've made fun of this golf gadget in the past, thinking I'd never get this one, though I've gotten them all. Needless to say, I ended up getting one! Admittedly it was not until I saw that padraig Harrington and jimmy Ballard the teacher both advocated this.Like all golf gadgets, you can't buy them hoping they'll transform your swing. But they can transform an aspect of your swing, such as impact dynamics, or swing speed, or staying on downswing plane, etc if they're really good. And this one is really good at a very important part of the swing- installing connectedness in the takeaway, setting the swing up for more solid contact.It is difficult for me to describe how this has helped me immediately in ball striking, except to say that it helped me maintain the triangle formed by my arms and chest for a long way into my backswing, particularly with irons instead letting it break down as I'd fold my right arm early. This is all about keeping the club in front of your body as you turn and I was immediately reminded of Hogan's book illustration- where Hogan has a diagram of his arms bound together with cord in a triangle as one of the feels of his swing.Sure, you'll feel silly on the range, but then you'll feel cool that you're actually hitting balls solidly with this shirt. I hit solid shots right off the bat. I'm a 9 handicap. I can't say this alone will shave strokes but it has already become an integral part of my feel during s proper takeaway and I am seeing better ball striking as a result.

This swing aid keeps your upper arms tied in to your body during the golf swing, a feeling of connecting your arms to the body. It's very easy to put on and use and seems to be well made. I think it has definitely helped me with my ball striking and I'm looking forward to continued practice with it and improvement

I purchased this in the summer of 2018. It definitely has changed my swing for the better. I now have much more rotation in my swing. I use to be happy breaking 100. I am now happy when I break 85. This has really worked for me.

Absolute garbage. Stitching came loose in several areas. When I contacted the company the email back had a tone that is not agreeable to good customer service.

Fits very tight around my belly/chest. Returned it for a bigger size and the same issue. Returned it and bought the "swing perfector shirt"....which fits better and does the same thing. Plus it was only $39 on Amazon :)

This is a very nice training aid. I expect good things & positive feedback from the swing shirt as I use it in the off season to fix the few flaws in my swing & to stop the few power leaks in my swing I've experienced

Works great. Really helpful with restricting excess arm motion, and keeping elbows together through the entire swing. Make sure the appropriate size is purchased. Probably wouldn't be as effective if the shirt was too loose and large.
