Best Flavor and Crispy coating for meats, veggies, potatoes.
These bread crumbs remain crispy and flavorful even after baking on chicken, potatoes, or onions, and then reheating. Italian flavoring very nicely balanced. We sprinkle on salads, soups. Slice onions, dip into egg or milk, then roll in bread crumbs and bake. We drizzle small amount oil over the coated onions before baking about 400° for around 10mn. So many ways to enjoy these Italian Panko bread crumbs. If I could change one thing I would like an exp date that was longer so I could store it in my pantry longer. Ordered end of Dec, exp date was March. Not a big complaint because these are hard to find in stores and they make a great coating for meats, veggies, or roasted potatoes!!

Small bag but ...
But could be so ... good ... once ... I open the bag and use it , that the price is justified. I know it is rare non-wheat geo garbage and very healthy ...But still a small bag.

Non-wheat Panko!
I have a food sensitivity to wheat and have had to change my recipes or give some foods up entirely. I don't know what made me read this ingredient list (probably wishful thinking) but I was shocked to see there is nothing in this product that I can't have! It also looks like panko, acts like panko, cooks like panko, tastes like panko, and is a perfect replacement for traditional panko. Whether or not you can have wheat, I recommend you give it a try!

Excellent taste
My daughter in law is gluten intolerant and this product was great on the eggplant parmigiana I fixed.

Hard To Find
I cannot understand why it is so difficult to find Gluten Free bread crumps but it is. I normally have to make my own but it take a day or so! I toast my gluten free bread and let it harden in the air in a paper towel. Then I pulse it in a food processor. I like to use these quickly, especially for my turkey meatloaf. I am glad to have them.
