It works!!
I have had other similar mirrors over the 50 or so years I have been cycling. This is the best mirror I have ever had. It easily mounts on my cycling glasses and is firmly held in place. It provides a wide clear view of whatever is behind me and it is a godsend since my neck has gotten stiffer over the years.

Clear Rearview Vision
It took me a while to get used to a mirror on my glasses, but once I did, I really like them. I found arranging them horizontal showed more background than vertical. They have many points of adjustment which is needed for each individual. These mirrors show the actual placement of people & items behind me as compared to my handlebar mirror which shows objects farther away than actual.

The best rear-view mirror I've ever found for hiking and mountain biking
The polymer-framed mirrors of similar design are too flexible and vibrate so much it's very difficult to see what's behind you. This wire-framed design is much more stable even on rough trails whether hiking or riding. I've used this design from several manufacturers and mirror sizes over the last 15 years or so. Have one semi-permanently attached to my bike helmet, and use one on my glasses temple piece for hiking to keep an eye on my back trail for trail runners or those sneaky mountain bikers! :)Pat

Safety eyeglass mirror works well.
Works great with glasses but does take a little time to figure out how to set it up for proper viewing

Stop debating on it and just buy it, I wish someone said that to me.
For years I've debated buying this, and tried bar mounted mirrors. I would always, since I was a kid, see what I called "old guy bikers"wearing these. They all had helmets, glasses and beards. So I was certain it wasn't for me. I really wish I would have at leasttried this earlier because its AWESOME. I wasted so much time messing with bar mounted mirrors, and trying to see out of them. Now I can just slightly move my eyes and see without vibration everything behind me, With a slight head wiggle I've now seen any blind spot,I would have had with a bar mount mirror. I can now lane change quickly and no more do I have to do a 180 look back. I really want to wear iteverywhere, in the car or while walking. For being low tech, if feels as if I have an LCD screen with some rear mounted camera. Its builtvery strong, steel and brass, with an lightweight acrylic mirror. It really doesn't obstruct your view, that was my fear.I have mine mountedoutside of my panning sight line. When you are not looking at it, it really fades away, at least for me.For those who say "well I don't wear glasses". You can mount it to your helmet but, I insist all cyclists should be wearing some form of safetyglasses. All the years I have biked, a 20 MPH bug in the eye, chucked gravel in the face, something flying off a passing truck, can really hurt.Without some eye wear, you are risking blindness and the resulting "endo" you're about to perform. And its cheap, under ~$15, durable and backed by the company and helps you do seamless lane changes and turns without risking it each time. Now I just need one that will fit on a motorcycle helmet... hmm :)

It works and is a neck saver
After 30 years of racing and training my neck was shot. I had intense pain when I looked over my left shoulder to check for traffic or other riders. I was really concerned that I would have to give up riding my bike. I ordered this as a last ditch effort to keep riding. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! I never look over my left shoulder anymore. The view is far better than the handlebar end mirrors. All it takes is a slight turn of the head to see a wide range behind you. And it only took about 30 minutes for me to get used to it. Moving the mirror from one set of glasses to another only takes a minute. The only drawback is you now have a blind spot in front of you but I have adjusted to that.

Really wanted to like this!
I wanted a rearview mirror to wear while walking my dogs, to prevent bikers and walkers from approaching from behind unnoticed. This didn't seem to fit right on any of my sunglasses, wasn't as adjustable as I needed it to be, and stuck out too much. I felt a little cross-eyed, trying to look behind me with it, and honestly, a little ridiculous wearing it while NOT riding a bike.

Better than helmet-mounted mirrors
I like its simplicity. There's no need to glue it on your helmet, just a simple fit on the frame of one's glasses. Also it seems to vibrate less than a mirror mounted on your helmet. Unfortunately, it needs one more pivot point to allow the users to bring the mirror portion a little further out from their head. I see a lot of my left ear, a situation which isn't fixable as currently designed.
