Workout + stress relief + so much fun!
The media could not be loaded. I love this boxing reflex ball and it's awesome that it has two difficulty levels, I've already got a hang of the light one, so now I can switch to the heavier one! The length of the string is easily adjusted so it's great both for kids and adults and as a bonus, you get nice hand wraps included in the package! Highly recommend.

Reflex training makes me better
I've watched some YouTube videos(for example AcuraBall) and it looked fun.I can practice in some other way than other training techniques. The small reflex adjustments in the punch are now trained and it is good for me. So it will be part of my training program.In the video it costs $ 20 but this is the same for $ 14 so I chose it.

Good for small heads
The product itself works well. My only issue is the head band is not adjustable. It is elastic and can stretch around my big head but it's really tight. I can't use it for long without getting a headache from lack of circulation. Probably good for a kid or anyone else with a small head. Other than that it's good.
