i liked the suction power, the accessories were all practical and the carrying case is a really nice touch. Run time is fine at around 20 minutes, enough to vacuum a car interior and the filter/dust reservoir are both easy to clean under the kitchen faucet. You need to be careful in reassembling after cleaning to line up the filter so that max suction can be achieved. It needs a little bit of practice to get the seal on the filter seated in the correct position. One major caveat concerns recharging. If the blue LED lights do not flash but remain steady upon plug in of the charger, as happened to me, then simply run the unit down to zero battery ie until is stops working. A red indicator will come on - as mentioned in the instructions - plug the charger back in and the pulsing blue charging lights should come on. Lost 24 hours before figuring this out - it really should be added to the operating instructions. Welikera please note!

It worked good the first couple of times we used it. We only have a few rugs in our home, no carpet, so we didn't need a full-sized vacuum. It was easy to dispose of the collection of dirt, but after a handful of uses it just doesn't have the suction it had and it is tough to keep it from just spitting back out all the dust that is picked up in it, like it doesn't seal as good after so many uses. If I can figure out if it is something we are doing wrong then it might still be able to make it into a usable little vacuum but for now it wasn't really a great investment.

I am finding more and more that companies are putting up false ratings of their products. I read the reviews and thought I would give this vacuum a try. I should have considered that a company that only provides a 60-day warranty shows a lack of confidence in their product. 75 days after receiving the vacuum the batter completely died. The suction was good when it worked and even picked up sand in my car. But, if the battery dies so does the great suction. No way to contact the company, only the seller. I am waiting to see what they will do and will update this review accordingly. Final words, go with a Black and Decker or another known brand. Good luck!Update 11/3/19 Customer service was great. They sent me a new vacuum and it has been working great. Someone commented not to leave it charging and not to charge it right after it has been used and the battery charge will remain strong. This seems to be working. I have upgraded to 5 stars

It, came before the estimated time of delivery. The instructions were a little hard to understand.I like the suction power. I wish that the nozzle was more slender and shaped different, but it does a good job. I wish that the light wasn't right by the on/off button, because it makes it easy to accidentally turn it on and forget it like my husband did, and the light, to me is not necessary, because it doesn't really point to the area that you're vacuuming, and I'm not going to vacuum in the dark They could have saved some money by not including the bag, because I'll never use it. I use my vac so much, it would be bothersome to zip it in the bag, and take time to unzip the bag to get it out.Due to the good suction, I would definitely recommend it After 7 mo. it started making so much noise, it sounded like a tornado siren, and lost it's strong suction, at 8 mo. it just suddenly stopped working . So now I defiantly wouldn't recommend it!

Update one year later: This vacuum no longer works or suctions up anything. I have even tried cleaning the filter out, but it just spits all of the dirt out the side vents. Do not buy this.I always read reviews, but I never leave them. However, I received this vacuum about two weeks ago and have used it multiple times and could not go without leaving a review. I have been extremely impressed with this small vacuum. I have used it mostly to vacuum out dog hair from my car, but I have also used it on the couch as well. It charges super quickly, the suction has been great so far, and I haven't had a problem with the battery life! It's not super difficult to clean, but I think it could be a little easier, but if that's the worst thing about this vacuum, I'd buy it again.The only thing that I have found annoying is that the light button is so close to the on/off switch that I accidentally hit the light button on occasion. But that does not at all interfere with the use of the vacuum or the quality.So, if you're hesitant about buying another handheld vacuum because they always seem to be cheap and not last, I'd highly recommend this one. Again, I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but I am rather picky and have been very pleased with this.

I actually ordered this handheld vacuum for cleaning the carpet in hard-to-reach places on my stairwell. I am very pleased with this purchase. This charged withing 10 minutes of plugging it in and was ready to go! It picks up dust and dirt very easily, and even comes with a light on the front to help see in dim areas. The sweeper has strong suction and comes with several different attachments. I love the sturdy bag that is included too. It is roomy enough that it easily fits the vacuum, all attachments, and adapter. This does not take up much space, so easy to store in closets or in the trunk of your car. One thing that kept me from giving five stars is that I feel like it starts losing a charge semi- quickly with extended use (25ish minutes). Not a huge deal if you are just using for small clean-up jobs. Overall, this is a nice little machine and serves its purpose well. Would recommend.

It has been over a month and I still did not receive my replacement.Now when there is only 1 bar left I plug it in, and it shows all 4 bars lighted up to indicate it is fully charged but it's not. SO I left it plugged for a few that did not work, so I had to run it to the end, then plugged it in. Suction has deteriorated from the first time I used it. SHould I return it?
