Cultured Grass Fed Ghee
Finding grass fed cultured butter ghee was very challenging, so when we found this we were excited! The flavor and color are excellent, nutty and rich. We've enjoyed cooking with it, and using it in bulletproof coffee/tea.This is an excellent product, but it is important to note that the texture is quite grainy which isn't ideal when using it as a spread in place of butter. However, it tastes so good that I still use it as a spread, and have gotten used to the couple seconds of initial graininess before the deliciousness melts in your mouth. If anyone knows how to make it creamy, please comment :)!!!! I think I may try using my hand blender?I only wish it was less costly so that we could enjoy it more often.

Second favorite
I ordered this after using up the second brand of ghee I've tried, so compared to Ancient Organics and Pure Indian Foods, I'd rank this at second place. It has more caramelized taste than the Pure Indian Foods, but not as much as Ancient Organics. And this did have a grainy texture just like the Pure Indian Foods. I would have bought Ancient Organics if I had the chance, but they seem to be having supply issues and I don't have eighty dollars for a bottle of ghee, so I will fall back on this.

Misleading product description and labeling.
My first issue with this product is that there is no way this ghee is made from grass fed cows b/c the color is too pale. Grass fed animals would produce a much deeper yellow ghee b/c of the nutrients contained in the grass. The second issue is that the company states that this ghee is made by using cultured butter, however the ingredient list on jar states clarified butter.....not the same this at all. Save your money and either buy a true cultured ghee or a higher quality ghee with a deeper yellow color!

Awesome product
This was the first time I have ever tasted ghee and I love it. I made the mistake to telling my husband about it and he used up the entire jar in about a month. He just raved about it. It is very smooth and not gritty and the taste is wonderful. I will buy this product again but next time I will have to hide it from my husband.

Disappointing grainy texture.
I understand that this ghee is made from organic grass-fed cows, which is the primary reason I decided to try it. But upon opening it, the ghee has a kind of grainy texture to it. This does melt out when it's heated, but it's off putting when you're using it unheated and straight from the jar. It also required refrigeration, once it's opened, which makes it difficult to scoop out once it get cold and hard. I normally use another brand of organic grass-fed ghee that is totally smooth in texture, requires no refrigeration once opened as long as you keep it in a cool, dark place and the taste is far superior than this brand. I gave it two stars because of the fact that it's organic and made from grass-fed cows, otherwise I would have given it one star.

The Best!
I’ve purchased Ghee several times from other companies but none of them came close to this product! I am 100% sold on this brand because the flavor is superior. Italian and Mexican cooking both start rice dishes with fried rice before perfecting the dish and this Ghee really makes that process so much better and the flavor is over the top. This is just the best brand I’ve ever used. Thank You and please keep up the fantastic product.
