So delicious!

I just opened and tasted the bottle I just received and I amextremely disappointed with the product. It's too sweet andnot even a hint of lemon flavor. I'd return it but I expect thatprobably isn't possible.The product was recommended by a YouTube Chef whosuggested using it in a Caesar Salad and believe me that'sthe last thing I'd do with it. I suggest tossing it in the trash.This is the first and last time I ever purchase a productrecommended by this YouTube Chef.

Adds great flavor for Lemon Butter. Will buy again.

My daughter and I work from home and have challenged ourselves to come up with ten very different salads. We have six so far, and this vinegar (and some good EVOO) dress two of them.

Compared to the Olivino brand this has more of a bite, just not a smooth.

I do not care for the dark balsamic, but this one is much more delicate. I make a wonderful salad dressing with this, evo, fresh garlic, a little Dijon, a little sugar and herbs.I have used this mixture as a marinade for chicken and pork.

okay I order so much from Amazon I have little time for writing reviews. I am primarily motivated by the thought this product may disappear. I love this balsamic. I use it primarily in salads. The sweetness adds flavor to the food without being overpowering. I highly recommend it. In fact my whole family have ordered it after commenting on my salads since I started using it. Excellent product.
